Presbyterians have always valued education. At St. Andrew we believe it is our responsibility to take seriously our baptismal vows to nurture, educate, and guide one another in the teachings, example, and living word of Christ. We see the church as a learning community, a place where we come together to learn about God, the Bible, the Christian tradition, and how to live out our faith in the world as followers of Jesus Christ.
Through educational classes as well as short-term and ongoing groups we seek to be a congregation of people who understand that faith development is a life-long journey. Adult Christian Education classes meet after worship service on Sundays from 11:00am to noon, except during summer. A variety of topics are offered including scriptural study, environmental and social justice issues, personal and spiritual growth, world religions, and our own Presbyterian heritage. For information about upcoming topics, call the church at 881-9626. Updates can also be found in the Newsletter or the weekly Announcements tab on our home page.
